Maybe if you don't diet for a while and just enjoy the things you like the binging might stop. Try indulging yourself without guilt you are after all hard wired to seek out high calorie foods. Just say sod it and eat a huge Danish pastry. You have the rest of your life to get thin or not and does it matter. Unless you are morbidly obese which you can't be given how far you walk. Have a holiday!
