  1. I imagine all the crash dieting and very low calorie intake in general, is setting ones self up to binge ,and fail at a healthy ,sustainable weight loss.
    Not to mention the tiredness/sluggishness that you will encounter with the lack of nutrients.
    As well as damaging & slowing your metabolism.
