Yesterday was OK in terms in food, and I walked about 5.5 miles (in chunks, not all in one go) so I should be fairly happy with things but as I am still blocked up and its now getting uncomfortable, I can’t say I am entirely. I caved and took a pill for the problem, so hopefully I’ll soon be stopping complaining about that.


Breakfast: Weight Watchers baked beans on toast


Lunch: Scrambled eggs with peppers & onions, served with GF toast and grilled asparagus (yeah, I forgot to take the picture till it was half gone)


Dinner: Fried rice with chicken, bacon & a couple of prawns


Snacks: Full fat Fage Greek yoghurt (150gms); chicken slices

Weight: 156 lbs
