Only a pound heavier than yesterday despite all my indulgent (and delicious!) eating yesterday – I’m actually really pleased by that!
I didn’t go anywhere or do anything interesting – just a quiet day at home for a change!
Breakfast: 2 poached eggs on gf toast with dry fried mushrooms
Lunch: Slow cooker black (and in my case, pinto) bean soup with gf bread, cashew butter & jam
Dinner: Roast lamb with vegetables
