It was so much warmer yesterday that I actually found myself taking off my hat & gloves and regretting my big coat as I walked into town. The day was pretty uneventful and uninspiring otherwise, so I’m just popping in to say hello!
Breakfast: Egg scramble with toast
Lunch: Cream of cauliflower & butterbean soup with home-made bread & LC
Dinner: Quorn Bolognese in a roasted butternut squash half, with roasted Brussels sprouts.
Snacks: All bran with berries and peaches; summer fruit smoothie with avocado
Weight: 10st 5.4lbs (145.4lbs)
