Oops

It 8:13 am and I just finished the box of biscuits I started yesterday… At least they’re gone now so I can’t keep eating them.

I think I need to focus on maintenance for a week or so till my body stops hankering for cruise cuisine!!!

  1. It is tough to get back into a more healthful routine after vacationing. My guide is I should return to pre-vacation stuff within the same amount of time I was gone. So you've got, what, two weeks?

    Weightwise you're within your normal range at the moment - given that that's usually 10st to 10st 4 lbs. So no need to eat below maintenance anyway.

    "Treats" are such an issue - but mainly it's a psychological one I find. The child inside gets used to a certain level of treats and deosn't like having less than that.

    This last week I've bought myself cherries a couple of times to have with fage and sugarfree/ alcohol free vanilla essence. The CI sees this as a mega indulgence!
