Yawn

Food today:
Breakfast:
All bran with strawberries and spinach-summer fruit smoothie in a bowl
Lunch:
WW wrap spread with sweet chilli houmous, topped with mixed bell peppers and salad leaves; salad with feta cheese and sweetfire beetroot
Dinner:
Sausage casserole (packet mix, I confess) with carrots, cauliflower and peas
Snacks:
Fromage frais with raspberries and a little sugar-free apricot jam; home-made pumpkin-bran muffins * 2; a few chocolate biscuits bought in by me because I've just been on holiday ;-)
Weight this morning: 10st 5.5 lbs (145.5lbs) - another 1lb down, I knew it wasn't (all) a real gain! the rest may well take a bit longer though, as I definitely DID eat enough to gain some weight....
